Yoga And Meditation
Yoga and meditation is one of the ways that we use to rejuvenate ourselves. Because of the undue tension that all of us is taking on our heads at our work places, shopping malls, road traffic and on the domestic front, yoga and meditation are the only sources of peace and tranquility and better living today, So how do we ensure that we fine tune our vibrational frequencies and make the most of the benefits that we can receive through yoga and meditation? How can we do this without spending extra time from our tight schedules?.
The Chakras
The primary energy centers (chakras) are the non-physical organs of the energy body. There are at least seven primary centers, and over three hundred secondary and minor centers, scattered throughout the human body. All together, they form a complex network of non-physical energy components. These are all joined together by interconnecting pathways, or meridians. These centres, and their interconnecting pathways (meridians) were charted by the Chinese, and other Eastern races, thousands of years ago. Modern versions of these charts are still widely used today, in many types of alternative medicine and body work, i.e., acupuncture and reflexology.
Primary energy centres are attached to major internal organs, glands, nerve ganglia and the spinal cord. Secondary and minor energy centers are attached to joints, glands and nerve clusters, throughout the body. There are active centres - transforming and manipulating energy feeding other energy centres and taking care of life processes both physical and non-physical. There are storage centres, communication centres, and centres designed to absorb energy from other energy sources around us. Some energy sources: Food, water, oxygen, sunlight, planetary energy, cosmic energy, love, sex, music. Some of these energy sources are very subtle, but all are necessary for us to livea balanced life. So how do we motivate these energy centers?
Vibrations of Chakras
Each of these chakras are stimulated by different frequencies according to their colors and hence what works for one, will not work for the other. We need to stimulate each of these chakras at different frequencies if we are to see the desired results. Though this is a complication as we cannot just apply one frequency to all these chakras, we need to realize that nothing is that easy in life. So we need to look at best ways to stimulate all these seven chakras and ensure that we get a good positive energy as a result of such planned and schemed stimulation.
Tuning Forks
A tuning fork is an acoustic resonator which has two-pronged fork with the prongs formed from a U-shaped bar of some kind of metal made up with steel. and resonates at a specific constant pitch when set vibrating by striking it, and emits a pure musical tone after waiting a moment to allow some high overtones to die out. The pitch that a particular tuning fork generates depends on the length of the two prongs. Its main use is as a standard of pitch to tune other musical instruments. but there is some medical use as well.
Some higher-pitched tone are used by medical practitioners to assess a patient's hearing. Lower-pitched ones are also used to check vibration sense as part of the examination of the peripheral nervous system. Tuning forks also play a role in alternative medicine like Chakra tuning.
Crystal Bowls
Just like tuning forks crystal bowls can be another useful way, to heal and harmonise your chakras,
Crystal bowls are sound instruments that have much in common with Tibetan singing bowls. The sound from the bowls effects the human body on different levels.
Crystal singing bowls are made from pure quartz silica sand originally designed to form crucibles. Crystal crucibles are multi-use high-tech bowls primarily created for the computer semiconductor industry as a tool for growing crystal chips. Crucibles have evolved to become a metaphysical, multi-purpose energy tool for healing and are called crystal singing bowls or crystal vessels.
Crystal singing bowls create tones, This pure tones vibrate our body due to its natural affinity to quartz crystal. Our physical and energetic bodies are able to resonate with specific frequencies due to the crystalline structure within our body. The silica within our bodies balances our electromagnetic energies.
Bowls are played to complement other therapies such as Reiki, therapeutic touch, massage, network chiropractic, yoga, meditation and so on. One can play them in a group or on their own. All bowls come with a rubber O ring and suede mallet.
Crystal Bowls come in a different sizes, ranging from 5 to 24 inches in diameter. The large bowls are more reverberant due to the size, where the tones may linger for a time after they have been played. Regardless of the pitch, size or tone, each bowl opens, balances and harmonizes the chakras points of the body.
Binaural Beats
You can stimulate these chakras on your own, but the downside is it might take longer time to stimulate them and you might be frustrated in the process, However the beauty lies in not just stimulating these chakras, but also need to ensure that you do it with some guidance and regularly if you want to experience the sense of well being. there a help at hand, there is chakra stimulating binaural beats and these will help you achieve what you want in a shorter period of time than in the traditional way.
The chakra stimulating binaural beats act in such a way that they target all the seven chakras by stimulating them for inducing various frequency levels. binaural beats provide these variations in the frequency levels that will make all your energy centers work at a higher vibrational frequency. The result is an absolute flow of energy making you feel ecstatic and energetic and leaving you with a lot more energy. These have absolutely no side effects and once you start using them, you are sure to love them. They have been scientifically proven for their positive results and a lot of people in this modern age are using these chakra stimulating binaural beats to improve their well being.
